Wait for food to settle for around 10 minutes and only have seconds if you’re still hungry. Make sure you get at least a little bit of exercise in each day, even it’s a light walk. Typically it’s recommend you exercise for at least 25 minutes at least 5 times a week – but don’t stress, you can build up to this. Don’t starve yourself, you’ll just be asking for trouble. You are much more likely to loose weight and keep the weight of if you eat normal sized healthy meals. You will also feel much, much better and will won’t be exposing yourself to all sorts of health problems. Have high fibre breakfasts.
